Hello!
I purchased a hat that was sold as official Ethel Cain merch. When it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures in the add. I contacted the seller and sent pictures. He said hed send a new hat but never did, stopped responding to my messages and declined my return request. Now eBay doesnt let me appeal the case and I feel scammed. Please I need help on how to get a refund.

Mentor4 months agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
