Boombox arrived damaged
I contacted the seller of a Panasonic boombox. He said it was in good working order and that the sound was very good. I sent payment. When the boombox arrived, I tried playing several CDs. The sound was terrible. Tinny on the left, muddy on the right. I tried listening on headphones. The sound was terrible. I send the seller a message through eBay, saying the boombox was not as he had described it. The seller has not responded. His listing said he does not accept returns. I have tried to report this issue to eBay, but the form I am told to complete doesn't work. It says I need to include an image, but when I include an image, the form disappears. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The automated process is failing me.

Mentor2 years agoHis no return policy does not apply to an item not as described. On the return page, are you selecting doesn't match description? If so, and it is still acting up, I'd wait a little while and try again.
In the meantime, you can request a call from customer service - they can help you open the return if it still isn't working for you.
To speak to customer service, use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
