i can not read the small print of paperback so i always buy the bigger hardbacks and 4 times in the last 5 months i got paperback instead. this last time the seller states no refunds i try to complain to ebay but the virtural assistant is **bleep**n **bleep**ed and would not connect me to a agent

Did the listing page specify that it was a paperback vs. a hardback (large print)?
Do you have an item # or link to the listing page?
