Book shipped to Colorado, tracking says it is in Guam
We sold a book. Printed the ebay shipping label. Placed a purchase order inside the box. Taped it and dropped off at the post office January 13. It shipped toward Colorado where it stayed for a couple of days. Now tracking says it is in Guam (as of today, January 23). What do I do?

Nothing you can do, sometimes packages take the scenic route getting to their destination. It will work it's way to the buyer.
I had a package going from the east coast to the west coast, it went half way and then went to Porto Rico before being delivered to me. Sometimes things are routed oddly to avoid weather and other delays.

OP1 year agoThanks Lisa. I appreciate your response. Newer seller here, and some of the procedures are still confusing. We want to do right by the buyer.
