Bogus/wrong USPS tracking number. How to get eBay (not AI) to read my complaint?
I bought and paid for an item.
Delivery date arrived but no package.
I asked seller for tracking number... several times.
Eventually got a USPS tracking number that shows
delivery to a PO box.
Called PostOffice, PostMaster says tracking number
is to different person at a different location. Clearly the
tracking number is NOT for my order, but somehow was
sent to eBay as proof of delivery to me.
How do I get a person (not an AI chat.bot) to read what
has happened? How to go from here?
