Bogus seller
How would you feel if berated by a contact seller and the only thing shipped was an envelope. Being berated for your past is a clear violation of eBay’s policy and seller only shipping you an envelope and saying they have shipped you the computer and when asking for your money back wants to charge a 15% restock fee, for what and the restock fee is also on the tax, how bogus can a seller be for eBay to put a stop to this, I ordered this thing on the 23 of last month.

Mentor3 years agoI would feel like starting a return for an item that was "not as described".
After that, if the seller provides a prepaid return label, return the envelope at the seller's expense.
if the seller does not provide a prepaid shipping label or pay for shipping, in three days ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
