Bogus return request.
Hi, I am having issues with a buyer but can't reach anyone to talk to at ebay. Ebay wants me to issue a refund to sellers who claim they received their item "completely destroyed" . A display box of 12 holiday themed, pandora style bracelets. According to the buyer not only was the display box broken, but the bracelets were also broken. That is not possible. I could believe the display case getting broken but how would the very thick chained bracelets get destroyed? I asked to have pictures sent and the items returned. I not only did not get pictures but I had to pay for the return label to get the items back. I think this is highlysuspiciousbut ebay is encouragingme to providea refund. I am assumingI will get destroyed bracelets back.. what can I do about this. I appreciate any feedback. Thank ypu
