Board game removed for being "counterfeit"

Hello. This is my first time posting on here. I'm a new seller (three and a half months) and I had a board game removed because eBay AI claimed it was counterfeit. I bought it at a thrift store and it was sealed in plastic so I listed it as NEW Factory Sealed. I included photos of all of the detailed fine print on the box. I asked the eBay chatbot what I needed to do to show proof that it's not counterfeit and it said "eBay may request proof of authenticity such as invoices from the brand or authorized distributors, serial numbers, or accepted certificates of authenticity". My question is how the heck do I go about doing this with something I bought at a thrift store? Will I ever be able to list it again? I don't want to violate policy but I would like to sell this item.

Was this, by any chance, a Cards Against Humanity game?
They don't allow their products to be sold by 3rd parties.

In general, when a listing has been pulled down, it's best not to relist it on eBay. The same bot will find it again, and then you will have 2 pull-downs.
