Bluecare express
Seller's "about" page states location to be turkey.....yet items for sale shown to be located in new york, ny according to the listing information.
No carrier is listed....however when tracking number is added it is associated with "bluecare express".
In all my years of using ebay....not a single purchase has been shipped using this "carrier".
How is this possible?
I went and looked at ebays accepted carriers and bluecare is not on that list.
Worst of all...google "bluecare express".......just that...nothing else....and you get back pages of negative results explaing in vivid detail how bce is used to circumvent the buyer protection ebay employs......to wit: Ebay accepts this tracking info....so the tracking info is fraudulently marked delivered.....and ebay now rules in favor of the seller.
Am I understanding this correctly?
