Blue masking tape left on sealed authenticated card buyer does not want to break seal to remove
Buyer won a Caitlin Clark auto at auction. I shipped the card to the authenticator using blue masking tape on the top loader. eBay authenticated the card and sent it to the buyer with the blue masking tape still on the top loader - that covers Caitlin's face. The buyer does not want to break the seal to remove the tape. What actions can be taken? Is it eBay's responsibility to fix it or mine as the seller? What should the buyer do?
