blue banner listing different price then what seller says the price is

I see a banner saying one price on an item but the seller says it is a different price. How did that price get on the listing for me? See image.

Hi @sandysd

Read the banner, it says you were sent an offer which is lower than the listing's list price. If you purchase through the offer flow you will get the item for a lower price.
