How can you block users here in help chat area?
I put on block list, but did not stop the replies.

You cannot stop individual members from replying to a thread you started … BUT you can stop replies in general.
When you’ve received all the responses you need or want … you can ask the Moderator to lock the thread. You use the drop-down menu from your Opening Post … and click on ‘Report Inappropriate Content’. That will open up a text box where you can tell the moderator that you would like the thread closed to more replies.

Adding someone to your blocked buyer list will only prevent them from purchasing your items and contacting you through eBay messages.
There is no option to block someone from responding to your post in this forum.
