Blocking of a buyer
Buyer claims they don’t “like†the perfume they received; left negative FB prior to reaching out thru a constructive message and attempted to leverage me w/requesting a full refund of the perfume. My assumption was they essentially wanted free perfume; buyer no longer is communicating w/me after I recommended they initiate a return for refund. Ebay removed the negative FB, but since my last volley in a message guided buyer to initiate a return for refund, when can I “block†this buyer from future transactions without disrupting any attempt they may have should they revisit their need to return the item?
is there a grace period?
