blocking international buyers
I am not in the ebay GSP. I also want to exclude all international buyers but I keep being contacted by them. My ads show a short list of countries I exclude, but the page to add most
does not all any editing anymore - I think it used to. How do you block all non-US buyers now?

Mentor3 years ago@fineitemscollectibles Are you using business policies for your listings? If so then you have to block the countries on your polices.
You can set up your shipping preferences and buyer requirements in account settings if you are not using business policies.
1. Exclude shipping locations https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions
EVEN if you are using Business Policies you can still block buyers in locations you don't ship to on this page:
2. Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to AND block buyers with 2 or more unpaid in 12 months.

OP3 years agoI was in the GSP and left it months ago. Did ebay lock down the settings so that it still
thinks I allow International buyers. You cannot select countries to not ship to in GSP.
For exclusions, I don't have an "edit" next to my International word - keep getting offers
from NON-USA buyers.

Are you using Business Policies? If you wish to specify the countries then you do it on your policies.
