Is there a way to block certain buyers if they become too "needy"?

Mentor1 week ago · EditedYou can block buyers from bidding on or buying your items by adding them to your Blocked buyers list. Here's how:
Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page.
Enter the buyer's username in the text box (you can add up to 5,000 usernames).
Select Submit.
To unblock a buyer, go to the same page, delete the username from the text box, and select Submit.
You can also set buyer requirements to block buyers based on criteria like location or order history. For more options, see setting buyer requirements.

Mentor1 week agoYou can block a buyer by adding them to your blocked buyer list.
To report a buyer who is violating eBay policies, you can:
Go to Report a buyer.
Or from your Orders list, choose Leave feedback next to the item, then select Report buyer.
Only report buyers if you believe they are violating policies, such as making false claims, misusing the eBay Money Back Guarantee or returns system, asking to complete a sale off eBay, abusing bid retractions, or sending excessive messages without intent to buy.
To manage who can buy from you, you can also set buyer requirements to block buyers based on criteria or exclude shipping locations. You can allow exemptions for specific buyers if needed.
