Blocking a buyer and wondering about negative feedack afterwards
I have a buyer who purchased one item previously from me and took 3 him days to pay. He made another purchase 3 days ago and still hasn't paid. I sent him an email asking him to pay, and he gives me a smart alec answer that he will pay when he feels like it. I'd like to cancel the order (after 4 days according to ebay) and block him from buying in the future, but he hasn't given me feedback on the previous order that he received. So if I cancel the order after 4 days and block him afterwards, can he still leave negative feedback from the previous order? He still hasn't left feedback from the first order, so I'm worried that he will get mad that I canceled the new order and leave me negative feedback from the previous order since he hasn't done it yet.

If you cancel as unpaid, he won’t be able to leave feedback on that transaction.
How long ago was his other purchase? He has 60 days to leave feedback on that one.
