Blocking a buyer
I refunded a buyer then requested the buyer be blocked last month yet they were recently able to leave a feedback message. How long does it usually take for the blocking request to happen?

Blocking a buyer prevents new bidding or buying or sending new messages using the blocked account, but does not prevent the buyer from leaving feedback for previous transactions.
