Blocking a buyer

Question

I have gone thru the steps of blocking a buyer, it keeps giving me an error. They put in a request for a offer. I don't want to work with them. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

You do that on this page: Buyer management | eBay

If you don't have ANY members on your blocked list you click into the typing field and immediately type the Buyer's ID. If you have any members in there already you go to the end of the list and right behind the last member put a comma and immediately type the Buyer's ID it. Do NOT use a space first, you add the comma and immediately type the Buyer's ID. When finished click the blue Submit button.

Be sure you are putting a comma after the last buyer in the list, then a space, and then the buyer's user ID. Sometimes it seems like that list is a little glitchy and you have to try a couple of times to get it "to take."
