Blocking a buyer
I have tried to black 2 buyers and when I put their user name in it says error invalid user name. Help, please.

Are you doing a copy & paste of the buyers’ usernames? [It’s easy to make a mistake otherwise.]
If yes, then try using a different browser or try again later. It might be a temporary glitch.

Mentor2 years agoTry using COPY/PASTE when inputting the buyers usernames into the blocked buyers list instead of typing manually.

The few times I need to block a Buyer, I copy and paste their user ID. When I type it in, it never takes.
