Blocked payment for item
Have a new account, lost the one from years ago, and went trying to pay for an item eBay blocks saying that my account is over the limit for items. I have only ordered one item. What do I need to change to clear the blockage?

Mentor2 years agoDo you have any outstanding bids or offers? Those might count towards your open transaction limit.

Verifying your identity and adding a payment method to your account are two things you can do to quickly raise your limit.
