Blocked from buying
I have been blocked from buying.
I couldn't pay for an item because some family circumstances but I did pay for many other items. Please unblock me.

Sellers are allowed to preemptively block users with two or more unpaid item transactions in a certain time period of the seller's choosing (one month, six months or a year). If you are blocked for that reason, it is up to the seller whether you continue to be blocked until you have gone long enough to not have two or more unpaid transactions in that time period.
In addition, sellers can block users by username. If you have been specifically blocked, the seller is not required to explain or reconsider. In that case, find another seller that wants to do business with you.
