Hi ,

Iâ€™ve been blocked after being late to pay for two items. I hadnâ€™t realised the rules had changed and had full intention of paying but the transactions were cancelled before I could.

How do I get my account live againâ€¦Iâ€™ve got over 500 positive feed back

That could well be true ... but the seller would have had to ask eBay to cancel transactions automatically at some point. Many sellers forget that they did that.

The unpaid item strikes will roll off your account after 12 months. Until then, you'll have to stick to items that have immediate payment required where the seller doesn't auto-block non-payers.

eBay's policy has been for years and years that buyers were expected to pay within 2 days. You have 4 full days to pay before a seller can cancel the transaction for non-payment.
