How do I talk to a live person at ebay to find out why they blocked my emails to a seller. I bought an RC mower from China that now has mechanical issues and they asked for a video, but my emails with video are being blocked.

You can't send a video by eBay messages, only still photos.
The seller may have blocked you.
If there is a problem and it is within 30 days, open a return request.
