Blocked by a Seller

Question

Hi,

I wanted to purchase some pants from the seller store, I asked about the stain on the pants and the location of the stain before I accepted her discount offer. She said she would get back to me. I tried to purchase an item from her today and she blocked me?

I am not allowed to ask questions before making a commitment to the purchase? I have purchased items on ebay for over 20 years and never had this happen, it is very unfair and I don't appreciate being treated this way as a legitimate buyer.

Can you assist me? I should not be blocked for asking for information.

Sellers can block anyone they want and it is possible the seller thought the transaction wouldn't end well. There are not many seller protections and this is one sellers can utilize. Sorry, but you will have to find another seller.

Users are allowed to ask questions of sellers.

But sellers are also allowed to block users if the seller decides not to do business with that user. Sellers are not required to justify or explain those blocks.

Find another seller that wants your business to purchase from.
