Blocked buyer using different account
Hi. I blocked a buyer who was harrassing me. I blocked them - no purchase. The item got sold a month later, left bad feedback but reminded me of yhis blocked buyer. Contacted ebay agent. Sure enough SAME ip address etc. the thing is , the feedback is still not removed. They left another nasty feedback. I had put in a request to revise feedback, denied. But that was before ebay verified. I cannot put in another request. What Do I do now ?
