I´ve been a user since 2013, made over 200+ purchases and never had a problem with my account.
Last week I got an email from Ebay saying I needed to reset my password, so I did, and worked fine but a couple days later I recieved another mail saying:
Your account may have been accessed by a third party. In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. Please click here to speak with an Account Security Representative.
I called and a automated response said to go to www.ebay.com/help and hung up.
Don´t know what to do next or who to contact with, changed my password and add my fingerprint as an extra secure lock, want to buy but some items but the site won´t let me, please help!
