Block notifications from a buyer
Hello…I’m being harassed from a buyer and I’m trying to block their notifications. I’ve gone to the “block a buyer’ site, but it won’t accept my inputting of the buyers screen name. What is strange is there is already a name in that field which is gibberish ending “…@deletedâ€. I( don’t know if that ‘s an indication of something). What am I doing wrong or how do i proceed?

Elaborate a little on that "won't accept" thing.
• Do you get an error message or other notification?
• Does it appear to go in but you check back later and it's not there?
• Are you typing the username – possible typo – or do you copy and paste?
• Do you click the Submit button after adding the username?
• Is the field already full? You can enter only 5,000 names.
