Block a particular seller
How do I block a particular seller? I do not want to see any items from a particular seller. I had a problem and want to make sure I never do business again with a particular seller

Mentor10 months agoUse the advanced search form and scroll down to the seller section where you can block the seller. Note this does not stick, so if you do the same search often save the search with that seller blocked to use in the future.

OP10 months agoHow do I get to the advanced search button? I do not see that anywhere on my eBay page. I have scrolled everywhere looking for it. Do I need to login on my laptop rather than my phone?

Use a desktop browser (or a mobile browser in desktop mode) to get to the advanced search page:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/ebayadvsearch
If you set up a search using a desktop browser and block a seller, you can save the search and use that saved search with the eBay app to continue to block the seller, even though you cannot set up the same search directly using the app.

Mentor10 months agoBuyers cannot block a seller by adding a username to a list like a seller can block buyers, but buyers can block a seller's items from appearing in a specific search using the Seller section of the Advanced Search page. Up to ten sellers can be blocked by username that way, and the resulting search can be saved or bookmarked and used as a starting point for further searches to keep blocking those sellers.
Note you must use the seller username, not the store name.
