Block a buyer
I have a buyer that's very confused and difficult to deal with. I would like to be able to block him. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Dave

You can put him on your blocked list here - https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
If he has already purchased something from you, he will still be able to contact you about that item for 90 days after purchase.
