How do I get an engine back that Ebay decided to refund to the buyer? The engine had to be freight shipped at a cost higher that what we quoted to the bidder that we covered, the item was listed as no refunds / no returns. We offered to accept the return upon the buyer paying shipping back. While in talks we communicated with Ebay multiple times including the day before they decided to refund the costs of the engine and original shipping where we were told that the case was completed in our favor. The result of each case was communicated to be in our favor. The bidder opened a new case each time in an attempt to obtain the engine for free. On 5/20 an Ebay representative emailed that the last case had been closed in our favor again and was sitting on the high dollar amount case workers desk. The next morning the high dollar case worker refunded the money for the engine to the bidder $1400, the original shipping cost of $440 and Ebay charged us as the seller a $250 fee. The engine has not been returned to us so we are now out of everything to do with this sale.
