**bleep** problem with seller
This has Happened to me once before- but I was wondering if anyone knew how to deal with sellers like this. It’s the stall tactic. Stalls at every turn. Then, you ask for refund- and they IMMEDIATELY tell you a new package has been sent. They rinse and repeat until statute has expired- and they can just walk away with your money.

Mentor3 years agoWhy were you requesting a refund? Was it that the item was not received.
No need to contact the seller. You have the eBay 30 day money back guarantee. Go to your purchase history and click on I haven't received the item. Your seller has 3 days to input a tracking number that shows delivered or moving. On the 4th day, if you have not been refunded, ask eBay to step in. This option is not there until the proper time.
If the item shows as delivered, you need to ask your mail carrier or neighbors, as this is not eBay's issue or your seller's issue.
