How can I talk to an actual person on eBay about a seller that took my money and didn't send my product I bought and keeps changing the delivery date so I can't do anything about it I'm getting **bleep** off and I want my money back

I did that already and eBay never contacted me and neither did the seller I've called every number for eBay and I can't get through to an actual person

First, go to your Purchase History and check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.
