This is the second account I'm running where the e at system is finding everyway possible to take almost every penny Iake in one way or another. I just had 9 orders worth of shipping get taken out of my eBay funds and then they charged the same to my connected card. Is anyone else having trouble with eBay taking money anyway they can?

Is it possible you are not interpreting the Recent Transaction record properly? If a Seller does not have enough money in their Available funds for printing labels or issuing refunds then eBay shows two entries for the label cost or refund on the Recent Activity report on this page (over on the right): Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
One record explains the charge and the other lists the funding source if not taken from Available funds. Each record references the same transaction detail (green arrow):
Whne you click the See all transactions the listing pic and different icons will be displayed on the left, the blu earrow points to an amount that was charges to the back up payment method.
