**bleep** customer
As a buyer , I opened a case against a seller who not only sold me an item that didn't work correctly right out of the box, but wasn't the same as in the pictures shown, and didn't do what the description said it. Absolutely misleading, false advertising, bordering on being a scam. With all of that I had sent a picture showing the controller being totally different then shown by manufacturer. Ebay Infinite wisdom Rules against me and closes the case so I can't appeal it, Not for a lack of trying. This is where the total lack of customer service comes in, Should I say a total Lack of. I spent Hours trying to get a A real person To talk to me. EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE SUCKS.Ebay let a scammer win,SO TO HELL WITH EBAY TOO. At least I get to ginve some series bad feedback

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you may have filed the wrong case. If you filed a Returns Request for Item NotReceived, you will automatically lose if the seller can provide a tracking umber that shows DELIVERED. What you should have filed is a Returns Request with the reason Not as Described.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
