Blank purchase page
M’y last eBay purchase does not appear on the purchase page. All it says is : No recent purchases ». And yet the item bought is in its way.

Mentor3 years agoThe default view of Purchase History is the last sixty days. To see older purchases you must change the date range at the top of the list.
If the purchase is more recent, is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account?
Or that you purchased as a guest?
If transactions are missing because you made the purchases using another eBay account, sign in to that account to deal with those transactions.
If they are missing because you purchased as a guest, use the emails eBay sent regarding those purchases to handle any further actions regarding them.
If you are certain you purchased using this eBay account within the last two and a half years, try searching your Purchase History by title keyword to see if you can find those transactions.
If the listings have been removed from eBay entirely because the seller has been removed, you will likely have to contact eBay to deal with that. See the last FAQ entry here:

Mentor3 years agoIf you purchased the item as a guest (or on another account), you won't see it in your Purchase History for this account as it's not associated with this account.
