My shipment has been at step 1 received for over 10 days. Other shipment at step 2 for 10+ days. Other shipment at shipped by delayed and STILL at this location for going on 4 days now.
What is actually going on with this place? Who is it run by to be this inefficient. I regret using eBay for a business purchase and will never do it again. This is worse than that of USPS/Canada Post facilities. Is there a way to contact this place?
I got charged shipping fees by the seller to get the item to this location and they did within 1-2 days! How do I get a refund for this shipping cost since eBay clearly does not know how to handle operations after x amount years in business.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
