Black silicone rubber tubing
Hi,
Has anyone attempted to return the item featured below? Even though it was returned within a few days to the address provided by the seller, I have never received my payment.
As requested, Bay was sent all the relevant information. I.e. photograph of the parcel displaying the return address, Australia Post confirmation of delivery, etc. All this, over a year ago. Yet, in spite of assurances that the matter would be dealt with, I do not have a refund nor the goods.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thank you
J
