Billing for shipping
Hi. Buyer did not include apartment number in address. USPS is returning as undeliverable. How do I bill for shipping to reship item to buyer. Thanks in advance.

When the item comes back to you, if both you and the buyer have PayPal accounts, ask the buyer for his PayPal email address so you can send him an invoice for the reshipping. If the buyer doesn't want the item anymore, then you can refund the item price (not the shipping cost he paid) using the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the order transaction.
