Billed from fedex for free shipping from seller
I made a purchase 7 months ago just got a bill from FedEx for express shipping. The seller had free shipping, why am I being billed? Also express shipping, it was standard shipping. I didn't get my package until a month later after purchase.

Was the item from an international seller?

OP4 months agoIt was an international package, fedex has already resolved the issue. For some reason they billed me when the seller was suppose to be billed.
