big problem
hey guys i’m a new seller and I sold a tennis ball machine, it was worth $1,700 and I was really counting on the money. I had the buyer pay for shipping and they selected that they wanted it shipped through usps with $100 worth of insurance. When the package arrived a city over it said that it was disposed of due to its lithium battery and I drove over with no luck of getting the package back. The money for the item is currently on hold and I need to know if i’m at fault for this or if because the buyer selected the minimum insurance on it that it’s their fault?

It's your responsibility to know what can and can't be shipped.
If the buyer doesn't receive their item, you'll have to refund the buyer, then you deal with USPS.
