big problem
Has anybody else had a problem with a seller at California, my card was charged for an item I have no idea if it will be delivered. I was charged about $38.00 for a golf club I would like to know I purchased it. No Proof of Purchase shows up! Please help if you can or if you have any advise on what to do. Thanks!

It sounds like you purchased the item as a guest. Your order confirmation would have been sent to the email address you provided (it won't show in your My eBay Purchase History because you didn't order it on your account).

Mentor5 months agoDid you happen to have purchased the club as a guest? Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase made on your eBay account. Check you emails to see if you have a confirmation email from eBay (might be in your spam folder). If you do then you need to use the special log in instructions to see the purchase and open any requests or cases.
