·1 year agoDo you mean a "bid" or an "offer" (two different things)?
If a bid, you go to the Bid History Page to see all bids on that auction. Everyone can see the timestamp of the bid. Everyone can see an amount (but if it is the leading bid, or any other bid by the leading bidder that has a hidden maximum, you see the calculated price or "current bid' amount, not the full amount of the bid). You as seller can see the eBay ID of the bidder (and from there go to his/her Feedback Profile; everyone except you and the bidder will see an ID alias with a link to some statistics about the bidder's recent activity).
Go to the Listing Page for the auction (the one with the Description etc.) and from there click on the # of bid display (even if "0 bids") to get to the Bid History Page.
