·2 years agoThe price is set by the second highest bidDER, generally that "underbid" plus up to 1 bid increment. In the absence of a second bidder the price cannot rise above the minimum price set by the seller, either the Starting Price, or the Reserve Price if set (and paid for) by the seller and met by a bid of the sole bidder.
