What can I do?

Make sure your seller ships to Bulgaria.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Try another device to rule out a device issue.
Try another network connection to rule out a network issue (such as using a mobile browser or the app on your phone when not connected to your usual WiFi).
Try bidding on ebay.ca or ebay.ie instead of ebay.com to rule out a site-specific issue.
In the past, this error message seems to have been related to users with older browser versions, in some cases because the users had older operating systems, such as older versions of Linux that may not have supported more recent browsers or because those users had reason to prefer an older browser version. Adding an entirely different type of browser, preferably a newer version may help in that situation. That way the older browser can be used for certain applications, and the newer browser can be used with eBay.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou are welcome -- glad to hear that worked!
Now you may want to try to narrow down the problem to see if it is the browser, the device or the network.

Try doing as suggested exit your browser then reopen it and login again. If you still get that message you may want to try clearing your temporary internet files and cookie cache. Before trying those things you may want to check the seller's shipping details. in the right column where you see the Shipping: service cost line click on the See details button to see if they will ship to Bulgaria.
