I was blamed for biding and the two buyers on eBay saying when bid they say i don't pay first of all didn't know one notified me stating i won on anything and you'll cant stop me from bidding on here if i didn't know that I won anything that's not fair to me so whoever made up that rule need to stop blaming unpaid nothing if you'll go back and look at my purchased history I paided for everything I saw on eBay

·2 years agoIt is up to you to track the items you have bid/offered on and not rely on getting a notice if you win/offer accepted. My eBay: Bids/Offers and Purchase History is there for that. The notion that you are not responsible if you don't get an email is "made up" by you.
Yes, sellers can cancel transactions if you don't pay for them and sellers can block you if you have 2 of those cancellations in the past 12 months. You did not pay for everything you bought.
If you haven't had unpaid cancellations before these two you might be able to get one removed as a courtesy: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=4357
