Bidding with goft card?
I prefer to use ebay gift cards to purchase items on ebay. Today I tried to bid on an item, and had a window pop up requesting pre-payment. Ebay gift card was not an option. I chose to pass up the item rather than enter credit card info. What use are gift cards if they cannot be used as payment?

Mentor2 years agoWhen ebay displays the methods of payment, you need to scroll down a bit to see the option for ebay gift cards.

Mentor2 years agoeBay gift cards can still be used for buy-it-now items, or for making offers or placing bids if the seller does not require the buyer to provide a payment method in advance.
