Bidding, using cart and watching
Yesterday when I went to watch an item I couldn't do it. Then I tried to buy it now on another item and I couldn't that either. I am not restricted. It's just that when I try to push on the icons nothing happens. On Items I had previously been watching I can buy it now but not bid them. Is there a glitch on eBay?
