Mentor3 years agoWhat kind of restriction do you have? If it is because you have 2 unpaid transactions, you will have to find a seller who does not block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes on your account. That restriction will go away when one of those unpaid transactions drops off at the end of 12 months.
