Bidding restrictions
I am very upset and about to cease using eBay. On numerous occassions I have bid on a coin and all of a sudden I get this "Attention Buyer" crap from eBay restricting me from bidding on a coin and stating I have a temporary buying limit!! I worked all my life, retired and now I never know when these people are going to restrict my ability to bid and buy a coin I really like!! I contact a agent and they ask me a bunch of questions. Then they are quite appologetic and tell me it's fixed and it won't happen again. Last night I was on the verge of acquiring my first Standing Liberty Quarter and at the last minute they did it again!! I'm tired of it. REDICULAS
