Bidding Restriction
I am new to eBay and I recently made purchases from a seller through an auction. The auction ended on Sunday night and I paid for the items on Monday morning. I received confirmation that payment was received and a tracking of my package. However, when I attempt to bid on other auction items through a different seller, I receive a pop-up message that says that "Because of repeated unpaid items, your account is limited
You can still shop with Buy It Now. To shop without further restrictions, make sure to complete payment for your purchases." I did not receive any messages from eBay regarding this. How to I resolve this issue? Thanks.
